City Crafter Challenge # 228

How are you?  This afternoon I had to go to my craftroom and make a few cards :) This one is made for the current challenge at the City Crafter. We're supposed to use at least one Butterfly on our project or card.
I used only one and made it the center of my card:

I really enjoy making cards in a fresh, bright and CAS style lately. And sometimes adding a few bits and pieces. But this one is quite CAS:

Enjoy your weekend! Stella

I made a card a gave it a bit of a twist. And used stars instead of squares:

I added some enamel dots and sequins but did not place them on the edges of my star frames. My card turned out a bit different:

I can see clearly

I am happy and honored to be this weeks' GD at the City Crafter Challenge. Theme of this week is: "I can see clearly"

Use acetate, vellum, glossy accents, translucent embossing paste, clear plastic, etc! Make sure we can see your clear element on the card or project.
I choose white, grey and yellow. And some vellum. This is my take on the theme:

And...I am offering a prize for this challenge:) The prize is a mini kit for Christmas cards. The patterned paper is suitable for (example) scandinavian cards, a shabby touch or as a start for a mixed media project. The content of this kit:
16 sheets of double sided paper 15x15 cm 6 sheets of silver cardstock 15x17 cm 8 white cards & envelopes 4 christmas tags twine  grey ribbon with white hearts silver yarn silver clothespins brads sequins (large and small ones) silver bells

I hope you can play along! Till soon!

How are you?  We are enjoying our vacation at home :).  After a lot of work in the front yard our gardening project is continued in our back yard.  And now it's good to sit down after a day of digging, weeding and rearranging plants.  I guess we did about 30% of the backyard. There is enough work again tomorrow:)

Time to share a card! I made a birthday card and it's already delivered. A masculine card in soft colors.  I chose a soft shade of green instead of white for a card base.
And added a bit of blue, grey, wood and some bling. I kept the negative die cuts in my sentiment:

Here is my card:

I'll be back tomorrow with a little something you can win:) Hope you are all well and enjoying your day, Stella
