City Crafter #259

Hello!
I am here today to kick off the last challenge in this month for the 5th birthday of theCity Crafter Challenge Blog.
And today I ask you to case my card. 
You can pick up the colors, the sketch, 
any element from my card and make a version that is entirely yours.




The card base is ivory to match the patterned papers.



I am also offering a prize:


A paper pad, stickers, embellishments and washi tape. The harlequin pieces are stickers too; you can use them to create a border or add them as an embellishment to your project.

Back to daily routine

Hello!
It has been ages since I had time for blogging...
We had an AMAZING time in Liverpool with our son Martijn. And on top of that....after 5 years meetingRos!!This photo was taken just after we landed in Liverpool:



After 5 years we already knew each other a bit. Thanks to blogging, Skype and sending emails. In fact; it felt like family. We had a fab time together.Ros and her husband showed as around the city and the countryside.  Liverpool is a wonderful city 
and the countryside is breathtaking. On saturday Ros and I spent time in her craft room and Pat (Ros' friend ) joined us. We laughed and talked and I made just 1 (!!) card. Ros told me how to make a shaker card. I will share it soon. 

The days went by in the blink of an eye...Martijn will be in Liverpool till June 
to finish his research project. And when he's back home he will graduate from University. 
Back home again there was work and study waiting for me. I  made a schedule because learning and getting back to school i…

My card:I started with white cardstock and
 I created a sort of window
 so my little friend could look through it.
I don't have a red marker for coloring stamps 
so I used an ordinairy marker:



And this is my card, my 1st christmas card for 2015 :)

2nd card for the Liftchallenge

Hello!
How are you?It's the second day of Easter here in the Netherlands.That means an extended weekend for me:)After my masculine card I had to l make another card in a bit more bright colors for the Lift Challenge.It's all about lifting this card:



I made another card with the cardkit from Bij Oma DeeTo create a pin I used some washi tape and added enamel dots and some bling.



The border is made with a regular marker.I used one of my SU flower punches and one of the MFT stitched circle dies.Here is my card:

Lift Challenge #84

Hello!
Happy Easter to all of you!I am just popping in to submit my card for the current Lift Challenge.We're supposed to lift this card:


I need a few masculine birthday cards  so I gave it a twist with stars. I also added a pin and some bling:) And added a faux stitched border with my marker




This is my card;  with all these shades grey it was quite difficult to take a decent photo..

I hope you are all ready for Easter and looking forward to a long weekend.Surrounded by family or friends; having a few beautiful days ahead.
I am here to show a card that I madewith the cutest stamps and dies from Lawn Fawn. I bought this set Bij Oma Dee
My card is made with the "Into the Woods" set from Lawn FawnThat deer is such a cutie!!



I added some washi tape, twine and a few sequins.
